In coaching, I am a companion for your personal development processes. To this end, I offer you a safe framework, outside of your day-to-day management work, in which you can reflect on yourself as a manager. By exchanging ideas with me and exploring their development opportunities together, new perspectives and opportunities for self-awareness open up. The coaching sessions are designed to give you the opportunity to better understand your own patterns and needs and to authentically develop your individual leadership style. I focus on self-awareness and awareness development. The result is an intensive process in which the hidden becomes more visible and I support you in entering uncertain new territory.

I have been supporting people in organizations in their change processes for 20 years. I am characterized by my calm presence, my clear focus and my enjoyment of personal encounters.

Current focus of my consulting activities:
- Advising and coaching the top management of large corporations and medium-sized companies on organizational development and the development of board and management teams
- Coaching executives in their personal development in leadership labs
- Coaching executives in complex and personally challenging decision-making situations

My own consulting style is based on many years of training and experience in systemic consulting, organizational and leadership psychology, group dynamics, humanistic psychotherapy methods, systems theory and organizational development.

My many years of experience in change processes allow me to grasp complex situations quickly and get to the heart of the matter. I like to find pragmatic solutions together and test them in practice.

I have been shaped by my experience in the emergency services, my many years of Zen and contemplation practice, my passion for bicycles and the idea of peace and democracy in the world.

methods
My coachees are used to sitting on different chairs, reflecting on our contact and re-enacting their situation with figures/cushions/objects in the room. It may sound strange at first - the key is that we bring their current situation to life.

My methods are based on the following approaches: Gestalt work, systemic coaching, emotion-focused methods, body- and mindfulness-oriented methods, trauma and crisis management and transactional analysis.

Another basis of my work is the meta-theory of change by Klaus Eidenschink - Hephaistos Coaching Center Munich.
