Denis can draw on 25 years of business experience in medium-sized, international joint ventures and large corporations in various industries. As divisional manager and recognized 6 Sigma Black Belt and experienced project and program manager, he has experienced, shaped and sustainably optimized the processes and procedures in international business enterprises. He has extensive trilingual intercultural experience in marketing, finance, operations, human resources, organization and sales with a special focus on transformations in the digital world.
As a business coach and mediator, he has been travelling internationally and nationally for many years. He is chairman of the Executive Representative Committee Deutsche Telekom AG and first chairman of the Club for Exotic Purebred Dogs in Germany.
Alexander Harmsen – Professional Coach (IOBC), Coach with intercultural experience in eleven countries on three continents.
Alexander is a self-employed coach in Constance, of Dutch-Canadian descent, husband and father of two children. His coaching and his role as 1st Vice President of the IOBC are based on experience and a broad spectrum of psychological and philosophical knowledge, practical coaching models and methods, business processes, organizational structures and leadership roles. He studied and taught at the KUL in Leuven and the UBC in Vancouver and has supported organizations in eleven countries on three continents.
Dr. Michael Tomaschek – Senior Coach (IOBC), Educational Provider for Business Coaching (IOBC), Head of the European Systemic Business Academy, Chairman of the Austrian Coaching Council (ACC), consultant, mediator, supervisor, lecturer.
Michael is an ISO-certified Senior Coach and Teaching Coach, Head of Training at the E-S-B-A- European Systemic Business Academy, Chairman and Member of the Executive Board of the Austrian Coaching Council (ACC). Management and organizational consultant, personal consultant (LSB), mediator, supervisor and lecturer on coaching, leadership (agile, change, systemic) and personality development.
Dr. Ursula Wagner – Senior Coach (IOBC), Educational Provider for Business Coaching (IOBC), Diplom-Psychologin, Managing director and shareholder of Coaching Center Berlin GbR, author.
Ursula is managing director of the Coaching Center Berlin and assists people in responsible positions in the challenges of acceleration and globalization, generational change and the increasing complexity of career paths. The Coaching Center Berlin is one of the leading institutes in Germany for digital formats and business models in coaching, leadership development & agile forms of organization.
As general secretary, Lysiane is responsible for the operating business of the association. She draws on her many years of professional experience which she has gained in various sectors and countries. Lysiane worked in corporate customer sales within major banks and insurance companies, but also took on project management responsibility in medium-sized family businesses. Her stays abroad in Canada, the Netherlands and Mexico have sharpened her intercultural understanding and inspired her to work in international teams. In her free time Lysiane teaches Yoga and Pilates.
