As general secretary, Dietmar is responsible for the operating business of the association. Dietmar draws on more than 30 years of experience at management level in various industrial companies, mostly in a corporate environment, but also in medium-sized businesses. His activities were internationally and globally diversified, mostly with a focus on sales and marketing as well as an enthusiasm for international teams. His profile is rounded off by numerous experiences in voluntary work in various associations. In addition, Dietmar is an experienced and passionate business coach and mainly accompanies executives e.g. in phases of professional and personal change. An appreciative, authentic and empathic attitude is particularly important to him. He likes to practice Zen meditation. 

Kerstin Ohrndorf – Professional Coach (IOBC, DBVC)

Kerstin is familiar with the large playing field of communication and works as a freelancer in her international network as an all-rounder for corporate, brand and change communications. She contributes her know-how as a business coach, systemic-agile organizational developer and over 20 years of experience in marketing, PR and strategic internal and external communications in international companies and medium-sized enterprises. She is an expert in the systemic development of a holistic internal understanding of organizational communication and co-founder of ShiftRaum - a training provider for the complex, modern working world. With her passion for neuromarketing, she enjoys working across disciplines and sees herself as a sparring partner in her coaching sessions to help people help themselves.
