He is the owner and managing director of Christopher Rauen Ltd, Chairman of the Board of the German Federal Association Coaching, coaching training manager and lecturer at several universities, author of reference books and editor of the Coaching Handbook, the Coaching Magazine, the Coaching Tools book series and the Coaching Report.
