Eberhard Hauser

As founder and managing director of hauserconsulting, Eberhard Hauser has accompanied companies and managers in change transformation projects since 1989. His work focuses on executive coaching, executive training, cultural and organisational development as well as crisis and conflict management. As one of the first professional business coaches in Germany, he developed the essential basics for coaching practice back in the 1980s. In his work he integrates well-founded organizational knowledge and comprehensive psychological expertise with creative and pragmatic solution orientation. Eberhard Hauser is the author of numerous publications on the topics of coaching, leadership and change management. Since 2012, he has been a board member of the German Federal Coaching Association (Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e.V.), which he co-founded. Eberhard Hauser's passion for art is expressed every year with the award of the ZEITSICHT art prize, which has been initiated by him in order to honours young promising artists every two years.
