Our Profile:
Christopher Rauen GmbH has been offering professional coaching since 1996. In 2001, CEO Dr. Christopher Rauen established his accredited coaching education in Osnabrück. Today, the alumni network comprises more than 700 graduates, among them numerous coaches who have become successful coaching providers themselves. In addition, we have trained many internal coaches as well as personnel developers and have supported the development of internal coaching pools.
Our clients include executives from many DAX 30 companies. All the same, we work for small and medium-sized companies. Non-profit organisations in the fields of education, healthcare and politics also appreciate our coaching services.
As a certified coaching trainer by Deutscher Bundesverband Coaching e.V. (DBVC) and International Organization for Business Coaching (IOBC), we meet the DBVC/IOBC quality standards. Our certified graduates are accepted as Associate Coaches in both associations.
