Ralf Gasche – Senior Coach (IOBC, DBVC), Educational Provider for Business Coaching (IOBC, DBVC), Institutional Professional Coaches Provider (IOBC, DBVC), Accredited Coach for the Federal Government, Diplom-Verwaltungswirt, Leadership expert, Former chief criminal inspector at the Federal Criminal Police Office (BKA) and managing director and shareholder of Gasche Excellent Leadership, author & lecturer.
 
Ralf Gasche is the founder and managing director of Gasche Excellent Leadership, a company for Business Coaching, Leadership, Mentoring and Consulting and Organizational Development and an affiliated Training Academy with recognized national and international certifications. Ralf Gasche has over 40 years of expertise in the areas of coaching and leadership who also shares his experience as a former BKA official and terrorism expert contributes significantly. 

Dietmar draws on more than 30 years of experience at management level in various industrial companies, mostly in a corporate environment, but also in medium-sized businesses. His activities were internationally and globally diversified, mostly with a focus on sales and marketing as well as an enthusiasm for international teams. His profile is rounded off by numerous experiences in voluntary work in various associations. In addition, Dietmar is an experienced and passionate business coach and mainly accompanies executives e.g. in phases of professional and personal change. An appreciative, authentic and empathic attitude is particularly important to him. He likes to practice Zen meditation. 

Kerstin is familiar with the large playing field of communication and works as a freelancer in her international network as an all-rounder for corporate, brand and change communications. She contributes her know-how as a business coach, systemic-agile organizational developer and over 20 years of experience in marketing, PR and strategic internal and external communications in international companies and medium-sized enterprises. She is an expert in the systemic development of a holistic internal understanding of organizational communication and co-founder of ShiftRaum - a training provider for the complex, modern working world. With her passion for neuromarketing, she enjoys working across disciplines and sees herself as a sparring partner in her coaching sessions to help people help themselves. 

Janine is responsible for the operating business of the association. She has been working in management positions in the trade fair industry and in the international design, architecture and brand scene. Her expertise includes cross-industry collaboration with companies, universities and agencies, as well as strategic communication and professional project management.

As a business economist (BA) and cultural economist (Univ.) with further training as a coach (DBVC/IOBC), she pursues a distinctly interdisciplinary approach. In her work as a business coach and consultant, she supports organisations and executives in actively shaping change processes and professionally implementing leadership. As a lecturer, she supports trainees and students in their professional development.
