I am a coach for people and organisations in transformation. In this role, I have been supporting my clients since 2019, so they can courageously and powerfully design their own change. I help my clients to find orientation in the still uncertain terrain and to develop vision and stability for the long-term anchoring of the new.
My focus is on purpose and vision development, building team and leadership competencies and establishing an appreciative culture and communication. I also offer career coaching for people in professional orientation phases.
My work as a coach, coupled with my many years of leadership and management experience in large climate protection projects, enable me to navigate the context of high complexity in a way that is both people- and goal-oriented.
