As a systemic coach and transformational coach I am your companion and sparring partner in order to

My offer applies to individuals as well as to teams. The different formats, individual and team coaching as well as individually oriented interactive workshops, I conduct in presence or virtually.

I work systemically and therefore see the individuals, groups and teams in their life world, the multifaceted nature of their roles, the time and the space in which they move. My approach is integral, as experience teaches me: even small changes have an impact on the whole project, both internally and externally. In this way I help to give more flexibility to rigid structures and to promote resilience and personal responsibility in companies with high dynamics.

In my work I attach great importance to professionalism and good cooperation. I therefore ensure a comprehensive clarification of the assignment and concerns at the beginning and a thorough follow-up at the end of the cooperation.

I am a coach for people and organisations in transformation. In this role, I have been supporting my clients since 2019, so they can courageously and powerfully design their own change. I help my clients to find orientation in the still uncertain terrain and to develop vision and stability for the long-term anchoring of the new.

My focus is on purpose and vision development, building team and leadership competencies and establishing an appreciative culture and communication. I also offer career coaching for people in professional orientation phases.

My work as a coach, coupled with my many years of leadership and management experience in large climate protection projects, enable me to navigate the context of high complexity in a way that is both people- and goal-oriented.

leadership experience
Since May 2019, I have been working as a business coach with over 2,000 hours of coaching experience. My clients come from different industries, hierarchical levels and educational backgrounds.

In twelve years as an employed manager, I have worked in a variety of roles and career stages. As a team leader, senior consultant and works council chairperson, I have learned the "inside view" of changing systems and developed expertise in change management.

As a manager in a cross-organisational dual leadership, I had the valuable experience of accompanying a growing, heterogeneous team through change processes towards more agility and self-responsible working, among other things through workshops and seminars. Part of this change process was also the transformation to virtual, digital forms of collaboration and consultation. In this process, I worked with the team to strengthen a future-oriented mindset so that this new form of working becomes a fixed component of joint action and thus promotes future viability.
