Catharina Wilhelm

I have been working as a business coach (certified by artop, member of DBVC), trainer and conflict moderator since 2012. After studying medicine in the 1980s, I had switched to the communications industry in the 1990s as a certified PR specialist (BAW) and worked for more than 20 years as a PR consultant, press officer, editor and author in international PR agencies, media companies and publishing houses.
My current coaching clientele includes managers, executives and teams as well as self-employed professionals. My work focuses on individual coaching and team workshops for sovereignty and development, communication issues, as well as strategic consulting and support in change processes. In 2017 I was co-author of the book "Nicht mit mir! Souverän bleiben bei Menschen, die einen immer wieder aus der Fassung bringen“, published by Randomhouse.
I am also a lecturer on topics such as "Digital Communication" or "Dealing with the Media" at the German Academy for Public Relations as well as the Academy of the Bavarian Press.
I have always liked to look at things from perspectives other than the usual ones and thus always come to surprising insights, extraordinary ideas and achieve excellent results. It is my goal to enable my clients to do exactly that – for their individual growth, measurable successes as well as the unfolding and impact of their full potential.
