My strength as a systemic coach lies in the fact that I am able to familiarise myself with complex systems and do not have to work with ready-made solutions.
In a rapidly changing environment, templates quickly become outdated and inappropriate. Instead, I develop customised approaches that help you to recognise what is good and what needs to be changed.
