As a systemic coach, I use a non-judgemental approach to help other people look at themselves and find out what is important.
My aim is to support you in recognising your own behavioural patterns that may be causing difficulties or blocking you.
We work together to realise your full potential and remove obstacles.
My strength as a systemic coach lies in the fact that I am able to familiarise myself with complex systems and do not have to work with ready-made solutions.
In a rapidly changing environment, templates quickly become outdated and inappropriate. Instead, I develop customised approaches that help you to recognise what is good and what needs to be changed.
In addition, I support you in strengthening your own abilities to optimise and change independently.
