Simone has over twenty-five years of experience working in businesses and SMEs. Many years of practical experience in the areas of organizational development, strategy work, and the design of change processes, as well as diverse leadership experience, are included in her expertise. She is a trained Metaplan professional who has a deep systemic understanding of organizations, their cultures, and their structures. She conducts organizational consulting, moderates mission statement and strategy workshops, and is a trainer and author.
Her coaching approach is characterized by her belief in the power of sincere, eye-level encounters. Clarity and security in an atmosphere of trust enable her clients to think differently and courageously try new approaches.
