Dr. Ralph Miarka is a trained communications engineer, studied computer science at the University of Leipzig and holds a PhD in Computer Science from the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. In December 2012 he received the Master of Science in Coaching from the European Systemic Business Academy in Vienna. He is a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (May 2006), Scrum Product Owner (Dec 2007), Scrum Professional (Jun 2008) and Team Coach (Dec 2017) as well as an IPMA Level C certified project manager (Oct 2008).

From 2005 to the end of 2009 Ralph worked in the program and system development of Siemens AG Austria, later Siemens IT Solutions and Services. As project manager, he was responsible for various development projects in the telecommunications, home entertainment and automotive industries. Here he got to know Scrum and was able to use it successfully.

He later switched to the support center for project management and from there supported the introduction of agile software development in various departments. In 2009 he took over the management of the support center. During this time he was significantly involved in the development of the agileSEM as a project manager and specialist.

Since 2010 Dr. Ralph Miarka has been working as an independent trainer, business coach and consultant for agile organizational development. He has been working with Veronika Kotrba as a coaching and trainer team since 2012. In August 2015, they founded SinnFÜHREN GmbH.

In 2015, the 1st edition of "Agile Teams solution-focused coaching" appeared - the 2nd edition has been available since April 2017 and the 3rd edition since January 2019.

Overview

The focus is on solution-focused development of companies and teams. For this purpose, we offer courses, training and coaching for managers and team members in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In the training, the participants learn solution-focused attitudes, principles and techniques in order to be able to deal with everyday situations in a constructive and forward-looking manner. Coaching supports people who face challenges in their work and who want to break new ground. In team coaching and team workshops, the participants develop their goals and ways to get there with support.
