self description

You will find in me a mindful, attentive and experienced companion and support in reflecting on your values and priorities, in formulating and pursuing your goals, on the path of personal and professional growth, from quickly addressing current concerns to long-term development. I bring empathy, patience, structure, imagination, humor, and a keen sense for surprising new connections. Openness and trust form the basis of our working relationship.

Offer

target audience
Professionals in the legal field (lawyers, judges, prosecutors, in house-counsel) and similar professions (business or tax consulting, controlling, administration) working for law firms, banks, assurances, consulting firms, the judiciary oder legal departments of business organisations, NGOs and universities.
methods
I work with systemic models and techniques as well as concepts of transactional analysis and hypnosystemic methods which I complement with metaphors, models, image and fantasy journeys, mindfulness exercises and constellations. Between coaching sessions there may be "homework" (e.g. exercises, tests or reflections).
